Ware To Work EZ Returns™

Please read the information below. If you have any further questions or concerns please email your shipment number or order ID with your request to ezreturn@hdosport.com. IMPORTANT: We want our customers to love the items they have ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or a refund. Note, that you are responsible for shipping any return product to Ware to Work, unless the product received is defective or was not what was ordered (in which case, please email or call for details). You agree to use only a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. You further agree to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. If the customer took advantage of any free shipping offers, those shipping charges will be deducted from said refund upon receipt of return. 

ALL returns MUST be unworn, 100% complete, in resalable condition and include the original tags, stickers, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories provided by the manufacturer with packaging undamaged, free of rips, tears, writing, etc. Returns not in compliance with the aforementioned requirements will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or returned to the sender as Ware to Work's discretion. Please note, due to the sensitive nature of some products (e.g., undergarments, such as underwear, bras, sport bras, socks, etc.) we cannot accept returns on most items of this class. 

*All purchases made from November 23, 2016 through December 31, 2016 will have an extended return window.  Instead of the usual 30-day window to initiate a return, you can now initiate a return for unwanted items purchased between November 23rd and December 31st, 2016 for a refund or exchange anytime up to January 31st, 2017.  Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Ware to Work return/refund policy are still applicable, including, but not limited to:  products must still be returned to us in brand new, resaleable condition (including all shoe boxes), with all tags attached and any and all other accessory items included.  Also, if buyer took advantage of the free shipping offer associated with many of our products, our initial outgoing shipping cost will be deducted from a return refund request (usually between $3 - $5.05).

***If returning shoes, $20 will be withheld from your refund if the shoe box is taped up, stickered, labeled, etc.***

Instructions for a Refund

  1. Find your shipment number on the reverse side of this invoice on the upper right-hand side and make a note of it.
  2. Pack the product(s) you are returning safely and securely in a sturdy box or bag. Include a copy of your invoice (or the original invoice itself) along with your return. If returning shoes, do not simply tape up the product shoe box as your shipping box use an additional box or bag.
  3. On the outside of the box or bag you are using to make your return, write the following which will act as your return number:
    • Example, if your shipment number was, 12345, then your return number would be: RMA 12345-RF
  4. Ship your returns to:
