Meet Some of the HDO Sport Team
Xeno Muller
Xeno Muller has reached the top of his sport. His lengthy list of
accolades includes a Gold Medal in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, and
Silver in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. He has won 3 World Cups, in 1994,
1998 and 2000, and one World Championship. Born in Switzerland, Xeno
attended Brown University, and now lives and trains in Newport Beach,
CA. There, he owns and directs a rowing training center, where members
exercise and take spinning classes on ergs.
Shelley Rudman
In only three years as a skeleton athlete, Shelley
has managed to earn a spot among the top of the sport's world
competition. Her most impressive feats to date include a silver medal
in the Women's Skeleton event at the 2006 Winter Olympics, top finishes
in the 2005 World Student Games and the British World Cup, and a silver
medal in the 2006 European Championships. We're proud to have designed
an online training program that Shelley uses to track and plan her
various workouts.
